DigiManiac is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior HR Manager who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment and build a strong people system to support our fast-growing digital marketing and training business.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete recruitment cycle for trainers, student counsellors, BDEs, digital marketers, designers and video editors
- Post jobs on job portals and local hiring platforms and manage inbound applications
- Screen resumes, conduct first-round interviews and coordinate further rounds with team heads
- Maintain and manage the hiring pipeline and daily hiring tracker
- Ensure timely offer release, follow-ups and joining of selected candidates
- Reduce offer dropouts and improve joining ratio
- Manage onboarding process and basic HR documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, employee records)
- Support employee engagement, feedback and retention activities
- Coordinate with management for manpower planning and performance review cycles




- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns with the marketing team

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations (education, IT or digital agency background preferred)
- Strong communication and interviewing skills (Hindi and English)
- Experience in sales hiring and bulk hiring is a plus
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel and hiring trackers
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
- Understanding of digital marketing and IT job roles
