Oversee daily bar operations, ensure safety and sanitation standards are met, and maintain a high level of customer service.
Manage all inventory, order beverages and supplies from vendors, and track stock levels to prevent waste.
Handle customer complaints and feedback, and work to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Develop and implement marketing strategies, organize promotional events, and manage the bar's overall image, including decor and music.
