Job Profile – ISO Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and implement ISO systems and documentation.
Handle ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 compliance activities.
Conduct internal audits and support external certification audits.
Prepare SOPs, formats, records, and compliance reports.

Ensure plant operations follow quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with departments for CAPA and audit closure.
Monitor documentation control and statutory compliance.
Support EHS and Quality team for continuous improvement activities.
Knowledge of chemical / pharma manufacturing compliance is mandatory.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of ISO documentation & audit process
Experience in Chemical / Pharma industry preferred
Solid communication and coordination skills
Computer knowledge – MS Office & documentation handling
