Key Responsibilities & Duties

- End-to-End Procurement: Direct the sourcing of core raw materials such as PVC resins, PP, ABS, Nylon, PC, PBT base polymers, masterbatches, and plastic chemicals.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality domestic and global raw material suppliers and petrochemical manufacturers.
- Negotiation & Cost Optimization: Negotiate bulk material contracts, pricing structures, and payment terms to achieve maximum cost savings without compromising quality.
- Supply Chain Continuity: Oversee inventory planning to match production schedules, preventing shortages or overstocking of critical polymer raw materials.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global and domestic trends in petrochemical and crude oil pricing to make timely and cost-effective bulk buying decisions.
- Quality Assurance Compliance: Collaborate with the R&D; and Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure all procured materials meet technical and ISO specifications.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the purchase team, setting transparent KPIs and reviewing individual performance.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
