The MEP Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at the project site. The role involves site supervision, coordination with contractors and other teams, quality monitoring, progress tracking, and ensuring that works are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day MEP activities at the project site.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and other MEP works as applicable.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Review drawings and identify site-level issues or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, MEP team, civil team, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment required for MEP activities.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to the project team.




- Ensure compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate inspections and rectify site observations and defects.
- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, checklists, and other project documentation.
- Support preparation and verification of JMR/measurement records and work completion documentation.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned MEP activities as per the project schedule.
- Positive knowledge of MEP site execution and coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and layouts.
- Knowledge of site measurements and quantity verification.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Knowledge of safety and quality requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
