Recruitment Partner | Work From Home

Testpay is looking for motivated individuals to work as Recruitment Partners on a performance-based commission model.

Your main responsibility will be to identify, contact and onboard Enrollment Associates who can help students register for Testpay online quizzes.

Recruiter Earnings:

- ₹250 when your recruited Enrollment Associate reaches 100 verified paid enrollments
- Additional ₹250 when the same associate reaches 500 verified paid enrollments
- Additional ₹500 when the same associate reaches 1,000 verified paid enrollments
- Maximum earning: ₹1,000 per recruited Enrollment Associate

Example: If 10 Enrollment Associates recruited by you each reach 1,000 verified paid enrollments, your total potential commission will be ₹10,000.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Smartphone and internet connection




- Ability to find and communicate with potential candidates
- Recruitment, sales, education or networking experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Freshers can also apply
- Work from home
- No investment required
- No fixed salary. Earnings are completely performance based.

Recruiters have to maintain recruitment register of their Enrollment Associates and track their performance and commission.
