Mela Fine Foods is a premium brand of carnival foods launched to standardize taste and hygiene of street food in India.

We are looking for a hustler, a self starter who can wear multiple hats and help build the brand with unlock growth for our brand .

Key responsibilities Include

- All admin and operations for Mela Fine foods including vendor management and runner activities
- Managing and reviewing of all processes requiring our food carts to be operational.
- Developing and executing processes and distribution of our food to multiple locations.
- Ensuring standards are adhered to for quality and hygiene
- Team building for both offline and online channels bringing in people aligned with our culture and mindset.
- Managing SOPs are adhered to and drive sales at our locations through all our marketing initiatives
- Ensure smooth delivery of the product and a pleasant customer experience.




- Building networks and identify new vendors. Managing relationships with key vendors

You are someone ...

- From a F&B; institute, preferably but not necessarily a grad from hospitality background
- Must do admin work and experience with quick commerce deliveries
- Must have a bike and 2 wheeler license and ability to be on the road
- Experience in running cloud kitchens
- Have excellent verbal communication.
- Have positive interpersonal skills and the ability to work cohesively with other stakeholders and manage a team with respect.
