Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our jewellery sales operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in jewellery retail sales, team management, business development, customer relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and repeat business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value and key customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure excellent customer service and showroom experience.
- Develop local market and business opportunities in Ahmedabad.
- Coordinate with marketing, inventory, operations, and management teams.




- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales processes.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of relevant experience in jewellery sales, preferably in a reputed jewellery retail organisation.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery products and retail sales processes.
- Good understanding of the Ahmedabad jewellery market will be an advantage.
- Highly target-oriented, commercially driven, and qualified.

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate preferred, with relevant experience in jewellery retail sales.
