To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions for work completion

Role Summary: The Content Producer will be responsible for collecting, creating, editing, organizing, formatting, and preparing content and site assets for use in the current B2B portal. This resource will work from direction provided by the Content Strategist and partner with Brand, Trade Promotion, Marketing, and business stakeholders to ensure portal content is accurate, complete, on-brand, and ready for upload or publication.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, organize, and prepare required B2B portal content and digital assets, including copy, product descriptions, images, banners, promotional content, PDFs, videos, and supporting materials.
Work with the Content Strategist to execute content briefs, production plans, and asset readiness requirements.
Edit, refine, and format content to ensure consistency with brand standards, tone of voice, portal requirements, and customer-facing quality expectations.
Coordinate with Brand and Trade Promotion teams to obtain approved materials, confirm asset usage, and track outstanding content needs.
Maintain organized content trackers, asset libraries, naming conventions, folder structures, and status updates.
Prepare content for upload into CMS, DAM, PIM, ecommerce, or portal systems, following required templates and specifications.
Perform quality checks for accuracy, completeness, formatting, broken references, duplicate assets, outdated information, and missing approvals.
Support creation of new or adapted content where gaps exist, including short-form copy, promotional descriptions, landing page content, customer guidance, captions, and asset labels.
Manage day-to-day production tasks, timelines, handoffs, and follow-ups to keep content work moving toward launch milestones.
Document decisions, assumptions, dependencies,



and unresolved questions for review by the Content Strategist or business owners.
Required Experience and Skills
5+ years of experience in digital content production, ecommerce content, marketing content, website content management, or digital asset coordination.
Experience preparing content for websites, portals, ecommerce platforms, CMS tools, DAM systems, or product catalog environments.
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, formatting, and content organization skills.
Comfortable working with product content, marketing assets, promotional materials, brand guidelines, and digital asset specifications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of content and assets with accuracy.
Ability to follow structured briefs, templates, naming conventions, and production workflows.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and following up on missing inputs, approvals, or asset dependencies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with CMS, DAM, PIM, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, or project management tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently, escalate blockers, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced launch environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
