Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to customers for loan repayment follow-ups.
- Negotiate repayment schedules and resolve overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, customer interactions, and agreements.
- Identify and escalate high-risk accounts to the Collections Manager.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines during recovery.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repayment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
