Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–5 Years
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with architects, builders, developers, and contractors.
- Generate new business opportunities and leads through regular networking and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and promote company products/services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with clients and convert leads into business.
- Build long-term relationships with architects and builders.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
- Strong connections with architects and builders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lighting, facade lighting industry is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
