Junior Quality Engineer – Fresher

Location: Pudussery, Palakkad
Industry: Valve Manufacturing & Water Meter Testing Laboratory

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Engineer (Fresher) to join our growing team in the valve manufacturing and water meter testing industry. Our company is currently in the process of obtaining NABL Accreditation, and this role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in quality systems, laboratory operations, documentation, and accreditation processes.

Proper training and guidance will be provided to help the candidate learn and grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality procedures in the testing laboratory
- Assist in NABL accreditation activities and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for quality compliance requirements
- Maintain records, reports, calibration logs, and test documentation
- Participate in internal audits and corrective action processes
- Ensure laboratory and testing activities follow required standards and procedures
- Take ownership of assigned quality and accreditation-related tasks




- Learn and support continuous improvement activities in the organization

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech Freshers
- Candidates from Mechanical / Production / Civil / Electrical or related disciplines preferred
- Male & Female candidates can apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Local candidates preferred
