We are looking for a performance-focused google ads expert who can help us strengthen our paid acquisition and organic growth initiatives.

About the Role

We are hiring a Google Ads Expert with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with lead-generation campaigns, analyzing performance data, managing budgets, and continuously improving campaign results. Knowledge of SEO and organic growth is also required.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
- Develop campaigns focused on qualified lead generation.
- Monitor and optimize CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.




- Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective spending.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking and campaign analytics.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, keywords, and targeting.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to improve ad performance.
- Contribute to SEO and organic growth strategies.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads/PPC.
- Strong understanding of Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Good knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Experience running lead-generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Ability to analyze campaign metrics and make optimization decisions.
- Experience managing and optimizing advertising budgets.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
