Job Summary

Jwala Diamonds is looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and manage the company’s marketing activities in the diamond jewellery business. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, strengthening the company’s brand presence, generating business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and leading field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns for Jwala Diamonds.
- Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales.
- Lead and manage the marketing team and coordinate daily marketing activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with jewellers, retailers, wholesalers, dealers, and other industry partners.
- Plan and conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Accompany the sales team on significant customer visits and business meetings when required.




- Manage marketing materials, product catalogues, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Plan and coordinate participation in jewellery exhibitions, trade shows, events, and promotional programs.
- Support the sales team with marketing strategies, product launches, customer presentations, and lead generation.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective utilization of marketing resources.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the diamond, jewellery, luxury goods, or related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing a marketing team and coordinating field activities.
- Good understanding of the diamond and jewellery market is highly preferred.
- Male candidates are preferred due to the extensive field travel and market-visit requirements.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
