Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for the company and managing our social media presence across platforms.

The candidate should have a good eye for design, understand current social media trends, and be able to independently plan and create content that reflects the company’s brand identity.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Designing

- Create attractive graphics, social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Design creative content according to the company’s brand guidelines.
- Develop designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
- Create reels, stories, thumbnails, and other digital content as required.
- Work closely with the marketing and management teams to understand design requirements.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, and overall brand identity.
- Handle multiple design projects and deliver them within deadlines.

Social Media Management

- Manage the company’s social media accounts on a day-to-day basis.
- Plan and create a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create, schedule, and publish posts, stories, reels, and other content.
- Monitor social media trends and identify new content opportunities.




- Write basic captions and coordinate hashtags and keywords for posts.
- Respond to basic comments and messages or coordinate with the relevant team for responses.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, followers, and other metrics.
- Keep the company’s social media pages active, professional, and engaging.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar graphic design tools.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and their content formats.
- Basic knowledge of video editing/reel creation will be an advantage.
- Good sense of colour, typography, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Creativity and ability to develop fresh content ideas.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and digital marketing concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic designing and social media management.
- A strong portfolio of graphic designs and social media work is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
