Role Description The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration activities. Day-to-day tasks include building and enhancing Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages, creating and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, and workflows, and ensuring data integrity and security within Salesforce. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and providing ongoing support for deployed applications. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur, requiring close coordination with internal stakeholders and adherence to best practices in Salesforce development and administration.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Salesforce.com Development skills, including Apex, triggers, and workflow automation.




- Candidates should possess experience with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages for user interface design and customization.
- Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration skills, including user management, security, configuration, and reporting.
- Candidates should possess solid understanding of the Salesforce.com platform ecosystem, including integrations, APIs, and AppExchange solutions.
- Candidates should possess good problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to optimize code and configurations for performance.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business and technical teams.
- Salesforce Developer or Administrator certifications are highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,609,665.00 per year
