- Responsible for New Product Development ( NPD )
- As part of NPD responsible the entire process from understanding customer drawing to delivering the prototype and getting the approval. This will include in house coordination as well as supplier / vendor coordination , developing required tools and fixtures etc.,
- Establish cost effective processes and suggest cost reduction measures
- Prepare PPAP documentation
- Coordinate with all departments in ensuring timely delivery of samples to customer.
- Develop vendors and manage existing vendors by effectively utilizing their capacity.
- Negotiate with vendors to get lowest price, best quality and prompt delivery.
- Maintain cordial industrial relations.
- Ensure implementation of TS 16949.
- Coordinate with third party inspection agencies and customer Inspection.

· Min 7-10 years’ experience in Manufacturing industry preferably in Tubular Components/Hose Assemblies

Qualification & Experience:

BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Location – Hosur, Tamil Nadu.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
