Job Summary

Vriddhi Landmart Limited is hiring Telecaller Executives for the Marketing Department. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, generating leads, promoting real estate projects, and coordinating with the sales team for further follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

- Promote and provide information about the company's real estate projects.

- Understand customer requirements and identify potential buyers.

- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

- Generate leads and schedule property/site visits.

- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer follow-up.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads,



and customer interactions.

- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident and professional telephone communication.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to work with targets and follow-up activities.

- Bengali and Hindi communication skills preferred; basic English is an advantage.

- Candidates with a Real Estate, Telecalling, Sales, or Marketing background will be preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
