Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO/KPO and NBFC operations.
- Handle high-volume / bulk hiring for multiple positions simultaneously.
- Drive international hiring across voice, non-voice and customer service processes.
- Manage recruitment for domestic and international BPO processes.
- Develop and maintain solid sourcing channels through job portals, references, vendors, walk-ins and social media.
- Lead and monitor a team of recruiters and allocate hiring targets.
- Track daily/weekly recruitment MIS, TAT, closures, joining ratios and offer-to-joining conversion.
- Coordinate with business/operations teams to understand manpower requirements.




- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle recruitment vendors and ensure timely delivery of profiles.
- Conduct/coordinate initial screening and ensure candidates meet process, communication and experience requirements.
- Reduce candidate dropouts and improve joining ratios.
- Ensure hiring targets are achieved within defined timelines.
