Business Development Executive (BDE)Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their business and technology requirements.
- Present and explain our services, including Website Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Software Development, CRM, ERP, and other IT solutions.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic project requirements.
- Negotiate with clients and work towards closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to understand project requirements and ensure smooth handover.




- Achieve monthly lead-generation, meeting, and sales targets.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / IT Sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred.
