Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for international hiring.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, etc.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Work closely with hiring managers to close positions.

Requirements:

- 0–2 years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition.
- Candidates with previous experience in the Digital Marketing or IT industry will be preferred.
- Freshers may apply if they have relevant recruitment knowledge or internship experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sourcing, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals is preferred.
- Willingness to work according to international market timings when required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
