We are looking for a motivated Desktop Support Fresher to provide first-level technical support to end users. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and basic network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1 desktop and technical support to users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot issues related to MS Office, Outlook, printers, scanners, and other applications.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, DNS, and DHCP issues.
- Handle user account-related issues such as password reset and account access.
- Assist with system formatting, OS installation, software installation, and configuration.
- Troubleshoot hardware components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, mouse, monitor, and printer.
- Use basic commands such as Ping, IPConfig, Tracert, and NSLookup for troubleshooting.




- Create and update incident/service requests in the ticketing tool.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate L2/L3 team.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and IT assets.
- Follow defined SLA and IT support processes.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
