Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, and industrial electrical equipment.
- Perform electrical maintenance of CNC and VMC machines, including machine control circuits, motors, sensors, switches, and electrical panels.
- Diagnose electrical faults in machines and carry out effective troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and machine layout plans.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and CNC/VMC machines.
- Troubleshoot and maintain MCB/MCCB, contactors, relays, overloads, SMPS, transformers, VFDs, servo drives, PLC-related electrical circuits, and control panels.
- Install and maintain DBs, switches, industrial lighting, motors, earthing systems, and machine electrical connections.
- Check machine electrical parameters and identify issues related to power supply, control circuits, motors, sensors,



and interlocks.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with industrial safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, mechanical technicians, and production teams during maintenance and breakdown activities.
- Maintain electrical tools, testing instruments, spare parts, and work areas in safe working condition.
- Maintain records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and spare-parts usage.
- Prepare basic maintenance reports and job completion records.
- Support production teams by ensuring maximum machine availability and minimum electrical downtime.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
