Job Title: Management Representative - Projects

Position Summary:

We are looking for a MR Projects responsible for overseeing project execution through site audits, early risk identification, and proactive corrective actions. Acts as a bridge between management and project teams, ensures quality, minimizes errors, controls expenses, and guides team leads for efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular site audits to ensure adherence to company standards, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.
- Monitor project engineers’ performance, identify potential errors in advance, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Act as a bridge between management and project teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Identify risks proactively and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid project delays or issues.




- Ensure effective expense control and monitor project budgets to optimize cost efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to Project Team Leads for smooth and efficient project execution.
- Review project progress, highlight deviations, and recommend improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
- Prepare and present audit reports, performance reviews, and improvement plans to management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within project teams.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
