Job profile would require:
1. Preparing Colony, building, industry etc. layouts in accordance with the M.P. Bhumi Vikas Niyam 2012 and TNCP rules.
2. Applying layouts in accordance with the regulatory authority rules on the TNCP web portal (https://dtcp.mp.gov.in/alpass/Web/). This would involve preparing layouts in accordance with ALPASS system format using Civil 3D (QGIS based planning).
3. Preparing and applying files as per the Nagar nigam DCR software rules (ABPAS2).
4. Detailed Layout planning for colonies, bunglows, buildings etc.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in AutoCAD
2. Some prior knowledge in GIS based planning.
3. Willingness to learn current softwares like Civil 3D.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
