Job Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Telesales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Allocate leads to team members and ensure timely and effective follow-up.
- Monitor daily calling activity, lead conversion, sales performance, and individual productivity.
- Guide Telesales Executives on customer handling, product knowledge, objection handling, and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Track team KPIs such as calls made, leads contacted, quotations shared, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue generated.
- Ensure proper and timely follow-up of all leads and minimize lead leakage.
- Support team members in handling difficult customers and closing high-value or challenging cases.
- Coordinate with the Operations/Insurance team for quotations, policy issuance, renewals, and customer requirements.
- Ensure accurate CRM/data entry and maintain proper records of leads and sales activities.
- Identify underperforming team members and provide appropriate training and performance improvement support.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly team performance reports with management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical calling practices.
- Drive team motivation through regular targets, contests, recognition, and performance discussions.
- Help management identify opportunities to improve the telesales process and increase conversion rates.
- Take ownership of the overall team's sales target and performance.

Ideal Candidate
- 2–5 years of experience in telesales/team handling, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or financial services.
- Solid communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Good command of Hindi and English; other regional languages will be an advantage.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and manage a telesales team effectively.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
