We're Hiring: Marketplace Manager
Ecommtail, a fast-growing D2C jewellery brand, is expanding onto Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion & other fashion marketplaces — and we're looking for someone to help own that expansion.
What you'll do:
Manage our listings, pricing & inventory across Myntra and other fashion marketplaces
Coordinate order fulfillment and resolve marketplace-side issues as they come up
Track performance — sales, returns, ratings — and flag what needs attention
Be our point of contact with marketplace account managers and onboarding teams
Take ownership of the entire marketplace channel, not just individual tasks
What we're looking for:
Experience with marketplace seller panels (Myntra Partner Portal, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar) — a strong plus
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking & reporting
Explicit written communication — you'll be coordinating directly with marketplace teams
A genuine sense of ownership — someone who follows through without being reminded
Interest in fashion/lifestyle e-commerce is a bonus, not a requirement
