The Role

We are looking for passionate and experienced ACCA / CMA Faculty Members to deliver engaging, exam-focused classes and help students achieve strong exam results.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging live online classes for assigned ACCA / CMA subjects.
- Simplify complex concepts and connect them to practical applications.
- Focus on exam technique, question practice, and application, not just theory.
- Solve and analyse past papers, mock exams, and exam-style questions.
- Guide students on exam strategy, revision, and time management.
- Prepare or contribute to notes, practice materials, and revision resources.
- Support students with doubts and academic queries.
- Stay updated with syllabus changes, exam formats, and examiner expectations.
- Collaborate with the Griffin Learn academic team to improve course delivery.

Requirements





- Qualified or experienced ACCA / CMA professional with strong subject knowledge.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the relevant exam syllabus and technique.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to make complex topics simple and engaging.
- Student-focused approach with a solid commitment to academic outcomes.
- Fluency in English and/or Malayalam is preferred.

Subjects

Faculty required across ACCA and CMA subjects, particularly:

ACCA: FA, MA, BT, LAW, FR, FM, AA, PM, TX, SBR, SBL, AAA, AFM, APM
CMA-US: Both Parts

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
