About the Role
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales / Team Lead professionals to join our team in Delhi NCR. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, achieving sales targets, and, for the Team Lead role, managing and guiding the telesales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain company products/services and handle customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
