Role Summary: We are looking for a hybrid Project Implementation Engineer / Project Coordinator to drive the successful rollout and adoption of our diverse software products. Because you will be deploying solutions across various industries (from complex Learning Management Systems to FinTech or enterprise portals), you must be highly organized, technical enough to perform system configurations, and skilled at client communication. You will act as the bridge between our internal engineering teams and the client during the critical onboarding, data migration, and "go-live" phases.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Coordination: Track project milestones, deliverables, and daily tasks using Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) across multiple concurrent software rollouts.
- Implementation & Configuration: Perform hands-on system configuration, setting up business rules, user roles, and platform parameters based on requirements defined by the BA team.
- Data Migration Support: Assist clients in mapping and migrating legacy data into our systems, utilizing basic SQL to validate data integrity in PostgreSQL databases.
- Client Onboarding & Training: Conduct product demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT) walk-throughs, and end-user training sessions for varying product interfaces (Web and Mobile).
- Go-Live Support: Triage initial technical issues during deployment, differentiating between configuration errors, user errors, and core bugs, before routing them to Support or Development.




- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate directly with DevSecOps for infrastructure provisioning timelines and with QA for final release sign-offs.
- Status Reporting: Maintain explicit, weekly communication with clients regarding project health, blockers, and upcoming milestones.

Core Required Skills

- Project Tracking: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management software (Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Technical Literacy: Comfort navigating application admin panels, basic SQL for data validation, and an understanding of how web and mobile applications communicate with backend APIs.
- Client Management: Excellent presentation and training skills; ability to confidently guide clients through complex software transitions.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot configuration issues during the implementation phase.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn the functional capabilities of entirely new software products as they are added to the Blueberry portfolio.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, IT project coordination, or technical account management.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
