We are looking for an experienced ManageEngine Implementation Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in deployment, implementation, and troubleshooting of ManageEngine solutions, particularly Endpoint Central and ServiceDesk Plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Proof of Concept (POC), installation, configuration, and post-installation support for customers.
- Visit customer locations for POC, installation, and technical support as required.
- Provide remote implementation and support through MS Teams.
- Troubleshoot deployment and technical issues related to ManageEngine products.
- Follow a structured Plan of Action (POA) for implementation and support activities.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and work files.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and customers.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in deploying and troubleshooting:
- ManageEngine Endpoint Central (UEM)
- ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (ITSM)
- Hands-on experience with deployment of Endpoint Central servers and clients.
- Robust troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
Technical Expertise Required
Candidates should have good knowledge and hands-on experience in:
Agent Health
- Troubleshooting agent-server communication issues.
- Identifying and resolving firewall and proxy-related blocks.
Reporting
- Creating custom reports for compliance audits.
- Generating reports related to IT infrastructure health.
Active Directory Integration
- Managing Active Directory synchronization.
- User discovery and management.
- GPO-based agent deployment.
Preferred Soft Skills
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to follow a structured Plan of Action (POA).
- Excellent technical documentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and with internal teams.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
