RUTLIX is hiring on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager in Kolkata.

Location: New Alipore, Kolkata
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Salary: Rs. 30,000 - Rs. 35,000 per month

Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a result-oriented professional with a strong background in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Client Acquisition.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
- Experience in Wedding, Hospitality, Luxury Brands, Events, or Premium Services will be preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing, CRM, Google Workspace, and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AI tools will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Build solid relationships with wedding clients, corporate clients, event planners, and business partners
- Conduct client meetings, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and achieve sales targets
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and increase brand awareness
- Coordinate with creative, social media, and digital marketing teams




- Develop partnerships and attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry events
- Identify and explore new business opportunities and revenue channels
- Maintain long-term client relationships and updated CRM records
- Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey
- Monitor sales and marketing performance and prepare regular reports
- Recommend strategies to improve business growth and client acquisition

Preferred Skills:

- Experience managing Meta Ads or coordinating with digital marketing agencies
- Understanding of branding, content marketing, and wedding industry trends
- Strong client acquisition and business development abilities
- Interest in photography, storytelling, luxury services, or creative industries
- Proactive, target-oriented, confident, and relationship-driven

Important:

- Proven sales background is required
- Strong communication skills are mandatory
- Hands-on experience in business development and client acquisition is required
- Candidates from the Wedding, Hospitality, Luxury, Events, or Premium Service industry will be preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
