Job Title: Prep Cook (Night Shift)

Working Hours: 12:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹23,000 per month

Smoke Culture by Steve is looking for a dedicated Prep Cook to join our morning kitchen team. The role involves preparing ingredients, assisting with daily production, and ensuring all food items are ready for service according to the restaurant's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare vegetables, meats, sauces, and other ingredients for daily production
- Assist in marination, seasoning, and portioning of food items
- Follow recipes and preparation standards set by the kitchen team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations, refrigerators, and storage areas
- Ensure ingredients are properly labeled and stored
- Support production of sides, breads, and other menu components as required




- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards at all times

Requirements

- Previous experience in food preparation or a similar kitchen role preferred
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced workplace
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
