We are looking for an experienced Shop Floor Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure smooth production on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, improving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily shop floor operations.
- Plan and monitor production activities to meet output targets.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Maintain product quality by ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor production KPIs and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of machines to minimize downtime.
- Enforce workplace safety, 5S, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Resolve production issues and optimize workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate shop floor personnel.

Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience in manufacturing/shop floor operations.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and safety practices.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or TPM is preferred.
- Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is an advantage.
