Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive who is fluent in Hindi and comfortable speaking with e-commerce sellers across North India.

The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting our software, conducting product demonstrations, and consistently following up with prospects to convert qualified leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, primarily across North India.
- Communicate confidently in Hindi and understand the client's business requirements.
- Introduce and explain our software and its key benefits in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
- Conduct online product demonstrations for interested prospects.
- Answer basic product and usage-related questions.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp to move them through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, demos, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Identify interested and high-potential prospects and prioritize follow-ups accordingly.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to share customer feedback and common objections.

Requirements

- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.




- Ability to confidently explain software products to non-technical customers.
- Basic understanding of computers, smartphones, and web-based applications.
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales, customer support, or SaaS sales is preferred.
- Candidates with e-commerce industry experience will have an advantage.
- Must be comfortable conducting product demos over phone/video calls.
