InterEd Ventures Private Limited is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Paramathi Velur, Namakkal, Tamil Nadu.

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for HR & Marketing roles. Candidates will get an opportunity to work across recruitment, employee coordination, digital marketing, lead generation, client communication, and business development.

Both Full time Job and Internship opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities

HR

- Source and screen candidates for various positions.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
- Maintain recruitment and employee records.
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations.

Marketing & Business Development

- Develop and execute marketing activities.
- Support social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Conduct market and competitor research.




- Communicate with potential clients and business partners.
- Support business development initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain marketing reports.

Eligibility

- BBA / MBA / HR / Marketing / Business Administration or related degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong interest in HR, Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Candidates with good communication and convincing skills will be preferred.
