We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor with a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction/site activities.
- Manage and monitor contractors, subcontractors, workers, and site teams.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, designs, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Ensure proper execution of civil, interior, finishing, and installation works as applicable.
- Check site measurements, levels, dimensions, and workmanship for accuracy.
- Identify site issues and coordinate timely solutions with the relevant teams.
- Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly updates to management.
- Ensure materials, manpower, tools, and equipment are available as required.
- Maintain proper site records, measurements, work progress, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and company procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure housekeeping and cleanliness.
- Coordinate inspections and resolve quality or execution-related issues.
- Ensure work is completed within the approved timeline and budget.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction, interior, architecture, or related projects.
- Good knowledge of construction and interior execution processes.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong knowledge of site coordination, measurements, materials, and workmanship.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of safety practices and site procedures.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and site documentation is preferred.

Education

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant practical site experience will be considered.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site supervision experience.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, technically sound, and capable of independently managing day-to-day site operations while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines.
