Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with strong React.js and Node.js experience to lead technical development, architecture, and engineering delivery.

You will own product modules from architecture through deployment while mentoring engineers and driving engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications.
- Lead frontend and backend architecture.
- Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Lead technical planning and engineering delivery.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Conduct code reviews and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Work with Product, Design, DevOps, and Engineering teams.
- Support CI/CD and cloud deployment strategies.
- Maintain architecture and technical documentation.

Required Skills





- 6–9 years of Full Stack development experience.
- 2+ years in a Lead or Senior Engineering role.
- Advanced React.js.
- TypeScript.
- Node.js.
- Express.js or NestJS.
- REST APIs and GraphQL.
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Solid software architecture and system design experience.
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
