Job Description: Key Responsibilities

Power BI Solution Development

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Build and optimize complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs.
- Develop and manage scalable Power BI Semantic Models to support self-service analytics.
- Ensure adherence to BI development standards, performance tuning, and governance practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into reporting solutions.

Managed Services Leadership

- Lead and manage BI support and enhancement teams within a managed services setting.
- Oversee incident management, service requests, change requests, and release management activities.
- Monitor SLA/KPI compliance and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Plan resource allocation, capacity management, and delivery governance.

Responsibilities: Manage compliance teams and projects, Define compliance strategies and standards, Oversee compliance audits and assessments, Ensure organizational alignment with regulations, Provide strategic guidance.

Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's in any stream 5-8 years
