Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, project budgets, and financial reports for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Analyze and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations; support in negotiation and vendor finalization.
- Review and manage contracts, identifying financial and legal risks; propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Generate periodic financial progress reports for internal management and clients.
- Monitor project expenditure, cash flow, and forecasting to ensure alignment with budgets.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams to ensure timely release of payments and billing accuracy.
- Recommend cost-saving alternatives, efficient procurement strategies,



and value engineering solutions.
- Support dispute resolution and claims assessment based on contract and cost analysis.
- Ensure documentation and compliance with company standards and audit requirements.
