Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee – Admission Executive to join our team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are interested in student counseling, admissions, sales, and the education sector.

You will be trained to handle student enquiries, counsel prospective students, follow up with leads, and support the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from students and parents.
- Understand student requirements and provide suitable course information.
- Follow up with prospective students and assist in converting enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain and update lead details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams.
- Assist in webinars, admission campaigns, and student engagement activities.




- Achieve assigned admission and follow-up targets.
- Prepare regular updates on leads and conversions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and work with targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
