A quick growing logistics startup of Central India requires an HR Manager at its head office in Nagpur. This role will report to CEO/Co-founder of the company.

The company is a regional leader across Maharashtra, MP and CG. It is building a proprietary software to charter future growth in logistics.

Key Objective: Build, scale, and retain a high-performing workforce across corporate tech, regional hubs, and field operations while maintaining strict labor and statutory compliance.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 4–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or high-growth tech startups.
- Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of state labor codes, statutory deductions, labor union dynamics, and blue-collar/grey-collar labor regulations.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, proficiency with HRIS/payroll tools, and data-driven workforce planning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
