Key Responsibilities:
· Direct all preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
· Ensure maximum equipment uptime and production continuity.
· Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.
· Optimize maintenance resource allocation across multiple functional areas.
· Review maintenance performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis for recurring equipment failures.
· Improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
· Implement predictive maintenance technologies including vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis and condition monitoring.
· Lead, coach, mentor, and develop maintenance engineers, supervisors and technicians.
· Develop technical competency matrices and succession planning.
· Prepare and manage annual maintenance operating and capital budgets.
· Monitor maintenance expenditures and ensure cost-effective operations.
· Track maintenance cost KPIs and identify cost reduction opportunities.
· Ensure availability of critical spare parts.
· Collaborate with procurement for supplier selection and contract management.
· Manage installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment.
· Validate equipment performance after commissioning.
· Lead maintenance-related capital projects.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
· Promote a zero-incident safety culture.
· Ensure Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Permit-to-Work, confined space, and electrical safety procedures are followed.
· Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
· Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
· Support compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001,
and other applicable industry standards.
· Maintain complete maintenance documentation and audit readiness.
· Participate in customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
· Ensure equipment calibration and validation activities are completed as required.
· Ensure accurate maintenance records and equipment history.
· Develop maintenance dashboards and KPI reports.
· Support and lead the implementation of 5S, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, operational efficiency, workplace organization, and overall manufacturing performance.
· Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with government authorities and regulatory agencies, including the Electricity Board, to ensure statutory compliance, utility coordination, approvals, inspections, and uninterrupted facility operations.

Qualification & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
· 12 – 15 years of maintenance engineering experience.
· Minimum 5 years in a maintenance leadership role.
