We are looking for an MIS Executive with good hands-on experience in MIS reporting, data management, and Excel, preferably from the Pharmaceutical industry.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate reports, analysing business data, and providing timely MIS to support business and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage and maintain data related to sales, clients, accounts, shipments, and business operations.
- Prepare dashboards and reports as required by management.
- Track and analyse key business data and performance metrics.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of MIS.
- Consolidate data from different teams and sources.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate for corrections.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.




- Support management with data analysis and ad-hoc reports.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS/reporting preferred.
- Pharma industry experience will be an advantage.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good understanding of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, filters, data cleaning, and reporting.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
