Job Title: Admission counsellor Location: Parul University, Kothaguda, Hyderabad Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month Work Schedule: 6 days a week | Day Shift Role Overview Parul University is hiring an Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and their parents through the admission process. You will handle student inquiries, explain course options, manage student data, and support daily enrollment activities. Key Responsibilities Counseling: Guide prospective students and parents on courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Inquiry Follow-up: Reach out to incoming student leads and support applicants through the enrollment process. Data Entry: Accurately update student information and counseling notes in the database/CRM system. Document Verification:



Collect and verify student documents and maintain physical and digital record files. Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly inquiry summaries for internal decision-making. Administrative Support: Help organize campus tours, counseling sessions, and admission events while maintaining strict confidentiality of student data. Job Requirements Education: Minimum Diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). Experience: 0 - 3 years in counseling, telecalling, customer support, or administration. Skills: Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
