Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Support Specialist-Router Support located in Panchkula. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to routers. They will also provide technical communication, and create technical documentation.

* Shift Timings(US) - 8:00 pm - 5:30 am (Only Night Shifts)

* Five Days Working - Monday to Friday

* Week Off - Saturday & Sunday

* Immediate Joining

What specifically are we looking for?

An excellent Support technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.

- Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by clients




- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

Qualifications

- Experience with technical communication, technical documentation, and technical writing
- Ability to create explicit and concise documentation and manuals
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to routers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
