Academic Manager – Foundree Preschool

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | On-site

Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Location : - Airoli / Ghansoli / Taloja

Salary: ₹50,000 – 55,000 per month

Candidates from Centre Head/Branch Manager, Academic Coordinator, Admissions Counsellor, Parent Relationship Manager, Business Development Manager, or Operations/Centre Manager backgrounds.

Responsibilities:-

Drive admissions, enrolment, and revenue targets

Convert enquiries through effective parent interactions and follow-ups

Lead marketing, events, and community outreach to generate leads

Manage day-to-day centre operations and academic delivery

Build strong relationships with parents and families

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team

Use data, CRM,



and creative strategies to improve centre performance

Requirements / Who Can Apply :-

3–7 years of experience in education, preschool, retail, or similar operations

Strong sales, admissions, relationship management, and team leadership skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with Excel, CRM tools, and client-facing responsibilities

Proactive, solution-oriented, ownership-driven mindset

Passion for education and working with children
