BILLING ENGINEER

Experience: Minimum 8 Years
Location: Thane / Navi Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer responsible for project billing, quantity verification, measurements, BOQ checking and reconciliation of construction materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Check contractor bills against actual site measurements.
- Verify BOQ quantities, rates and extra items.
- Prepare measurement sheets and quantity statements.
- Check and certify contractor measurements.
- Maintain project billing records.
- Carry out steel and concrete reconciliation.
- Monitor material consumption against approved quantities.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and accounts team.




- Identify discrepancies in quantities and billing.
- Maintain proper documentation of all billing activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction billing.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills and measurements.
- Knowledge of steel and concrete reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of Excel and billing documentation.
- Solid numerical and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
