Role Overview

Knowledge Center (KC) is looking for an experienced and strategic Product Manager – IT to drive product planning, market intelligence, and execution across technology and construction-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of IT products, construction industry practices, architectural concepts, and market research methodologies – along with the ability to track what competitors are building, assess how new products in the market could impact KC, and craft strategies to help KC stay ahead. This is a senior-level role requiring a professional who can bridge the gap between business requirements, technology, architecture, and market demands while working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

· Define product vision, strategy, and execution roadmap aligned with business objectives.

· Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, trend forecasting, and customer insights.

· Track competitor products and new market entrants, assess their potential impact on KC, and build strategies to help KC compete and stay ahead.

· Understand industry requirements related to construction, architecture, materials, and digital product ecosystems.

· Collaborate with design, technical, operations, and business teams for product development and execution.





· Translate business and market requirements into scalable product solutions.

· Analyze user behavior, market opportunities, and product performance for continuous improvement.

· Work closely with stakeholders, architects, consultants, and internal teams to identify product enhancement opportunities.

· Lead product discussions, requirement gathering, planning, and implementation processes.

· Ensure timely coordination, documentation, reporting, and execution across product lifecycle stages.

· Support innovation initiatives and contribute to strategic business growth.

Required Skills & Expertise

· Strong Product Management and Product Lifecycle understanding.

· Knowledge of Construction Industry, Architectural Processes, and Building Materials.

· Strong understanding of IT systems, digital platforms, and technology-driven solutions.

· Expertise in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Consumer Insights.

· Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

· Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to understand technical requirements and business objectives simultaneously.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Eligibility Criteria

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Product Management, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 7-8 years of relevant experience in Product Management, with construction-focused experience – preferably within construction-tech, architecture, building materials, or technology-driven environments.

· Candidates with an architectural background or exposure to construction and design ecosystems will be preferred.
