1. Site Supervision Supervise civil, structural and finishing works at site. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Check line, level, alignment and dimensions. Monitor daily progress and ensure targets are achieved. 2. Labour Management Manage masons, helpers, carpenters, bar benders and other workers. Allocate daily work and monitor productivity. Maintain daily labour attendance and work records. 3. Material Management Prepare material requirements based on site progress. Check quantity and quality of materials received. Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery. Minimize material wastage. 4. Quality Control Ensure proper workmanship and construction practices. Check reinforcement, shuttering, concrete, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, etc. Coordinate concrete pouring and required inspections/testing. 5.



Measurements & Documentation Take site measurements for completed works. Prepare quantity measurements and subcontractor bills. Maintain daily progress reports, material records and site registers. Prepare work completion/progress reports. 6. Drawing & Coordination Read and understand civil/structural drawings. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, clients and subcontractors. Identify drawing discrepancies and report them before execution. 7. Safety Ensure workers follow basic site safety requirements. Report unsafe conditions and incidents immediately. Ensure proper use of PPE.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
